Where is Stephanie Marie Gant-Brady?

Stephanie Marie Gant-Brady was born on September 17, 1944. She was 39 years old at the time of her disappearance. Stephanie was last seen on April 8, 1984, in Baltimore, Maryland. She had one child, a son, and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Morgan State University. She was also pursuing her master’s degree from the University of Baltimore in 1984. Stephanie also reached the rank of lieutenant in the Maryland National Guard, becoming the first black woman to achieve this distinction. She was a member of the Governor’s Committee for the Handicapped. At the time of her disappearance, she was working as a substitute teacher at a middle and elementary school. According to the Charley Project, she lived at the 4600 block of Horizon Circle, located in the Woodlawn area. A male companion came forward after she disappeared and stated that Stephanie was traveling to London, England, to write a book. However, it was later discovered that she never obtained a passport, failed to collect her last paycheck from her job, and left her cane and wheelchair behind.
Stephanie was reportedly 5'3 "tall and weighed between 110 and 115 pounds. Gant-Brady was last seen wearing an opal ring, with a pinky ring set and a small diamond. She had a Timex watch that had a black band. Gant-Brady had a medical alert bracelet that showed she had multiple sclerosis. Stephanie found out she had multiple sclerosis in 1978, and she was unable to walk due to her condition. She used a cane and a wheelchair to help her, but she reportedly didn’t have either of them with her when she disappeared. Stephanie also wore eyeglasses or contact lenses, and her nickname is Penny. She also had pierced ears, and at the time her hair was shoulder-length before she disappeared. Stephanie Marie Gant-Brady has never been heard from again.
