Latonya M. Hill was 22 years old when she disappeared. She was last seen on March 20, 2000. She was last seen leaving her home, which she shared with her family, located on 27th Street and the 2600 block of Quincy Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri, around 2:00 p.m. Hill was going to take the bus downtown and reportedly only had a dollar with her to cover her fare. She allegedly told her family that she would be back shortly, but she never returned. The authorities have suspected foul play in Latonya Hill’s disappearance.
Hill reportedly was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia, and she was said to have had a history of drug and alcohol abuse. She has a tattoo on her right forearm, but the type of tattoo is unknown. Hill had ears and a nose that was pierced. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and brown sandals.
